Fair use policy
Meet in Matter is committed to providing a high-quality service to all our users. To ensure the best experience, we have established the following Fair Use Policy for our Pro plan subscribers:
- Participant Minutes Limitation:
- The Pro plan is limited to 10,000 participant minutes per month. Participant minutes are calculated by multiplying the number of participants by the duration of the meeting. For example, a 10-minute meeting with 10 participants equals 100 participant minutes.
- If you exceed the 10,000 participant minutes limit, Meet in Matter reserves the right to review your usage and may contact you to discuss upgrading your plan or implementing other measures to manage usage.
- Account Sharing:
- Each Pro plan subscription is intended for use by a single individual. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
- Users found to be sharing their login credentials may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
- Policy Amendments:
- Meet in Matter reserves the right to amend this Fair Use Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Pro plan subscribers via email or through our website.
